It means we can have a tent city with our art work displayed ? I guess that means we could set up large tents and have people come in by our invitation and sell our stuff and the city would have to have a search warrant every time they came in. Start an Artist community. <BR/> I say don’t be too hard on her. Her job is to do the dirty work for the City officals who betray the people they serve by trying to strip them of their rights.
