Actually, artist Scott Raimondo is pictured here receiving a fine of 100 dollars for allegedly selling a 20 dollar print to a tourist. The police had set up a "stake out" from the Government House (behind in photo) Walkie talkies and binoculars were the tools used to capture this heinous criminal.

    I saw the officer on the right beat up on a homeless woman ,on st. george street in september.she was just walking ,and he got off his bike and slammed her down,DISGRASEFUL

    Some little men ,suffer from "little wee wee syndrom".They shave there head,wear boots to make them appear taller,carry a BIG gun,and ACT TOUGH !(standing with an aggressive posture).These are the PUNKS that would be" hallway monitors " At school and get beat up in the hallways for there milk money.

    I have seen this little weasel,harrassing the transients for just being in "HIS" city.Perhaps his fellow officers won't be there for him when he needs BACKUP(10-69).Remember Serpico? We wouldn't put up with Tim Bryan @ S.J.S.O. for a N.Y. minute (10-48)?

    I won't be there for Bryan.
    He has dirtied the reputation of our department.Why he is still here ? ,We don't know either.He crossed the Blue Line ,when he lied in Rolands case.

    I wish that i had a camera yesterday.City Ossifer Timmy(Barny Fife)Bryan was in HOT Pursuit of a little old lady that forgot to pick up after her poodle pooped.Perhaps he was hungry.Now i know,why Timmy always has a "SHIT EATING" GRIN !
