Aesthetics and Ambiance
This gets us a night in jail
The city has no problem with this sign in the Plaza
Exclamation points not neccessary. The police finally and reluctantly asked the ice cream shopowner to remove the sign after someone made a complaint (do not know who) Some receive polite requests and some go to jail. "Enforcement" seems to vary for the same "offense"
WRONG! Do your research, I was there and there was enforcement.

With this city it is all about the dough ray me. If you are rich they will jump up and do backflips, or violate our civil rights if poor.
